Very nice store looks like it’s well stocked and convenient for locals to get what they need. I would give it 5 stars if the cashier would have asked if I found everything I needed or even said hello when I walked in or while was browsing around but she just scanned my parts I needed and told me the price. I will be back and see if it was just an off day.

The store hours posted on Google said they close at 6 PM. I drove 15 minutes to get a much needed plumbing part and arrived about 5:40 to find the doors were locked and a handwritten store hours sign notifying me they close at 5:30.Very inconvenient store hours for those that work during the day and do projects in the evening.I’ll just spend my money at Home Depot or Lowe’s.

This place is terrible. Website says they are open until 6pm. I broke a main water line to my house. Made it to the store at 5:38pm. The two guys at the door would not let me in or help me. They said they closed at 5:30. I needed two 3/4 pex b couplings to fix my water line so I had water to my house. They said they couldn't help me. I offered cash they still said no. The parts i needed where under $5. No parts. No water to my house. I have two kids under 3 and these guys refused to help me. I try and shop local to help locals. But I hope HD replaces this store.

Purchase a Dewalt tool box in Jan 2023 recently the latch broke only 3 mo. old it should not have broken. but it did.... I spoke to manager told her that I had a receipt but it was faded she said without a receipt that she could not exchange it or give me credit on it so I was basically screwed out of 30 something dollars lesson learned I won't spend anything more than $5 in that place anymore and don't pay cash if I had put it on debit they could have located my address supposedly so another reason why not to spend cash I guess just terrible i've been going to this place for a couple years now and I spent well over $5,000 and it's just terrible sales people unfriendly as hell what a waste of time doing any business in town I'd rather just buy stuff online they don't understand or appreciate any repeat customers.

I needed a foot long galvanized pipe in a jiffy. I wasn't even sure one existed! I lost my pipe that came with my weight distribution hitch for my trailer. I tried Tractor Supply first, no luck. Then went ti Higginbotham Bros. And they had it right there in the galvanized pipe department ! I was ecstatic!

50%. Went to get a jig saw and a drill motor. You had the drill but not the saw. I'll have to go across the street to the other hardware store and get it Monday

A good, wide variety of hardware supplies for most items. However, they have a very limited small-engine section; their swimming pool supplies are more bountiful than their small engine options.Very friendly, helpful staff. Most items are reasonably priced.
