I usually go here for my brother to get his haircut and they always do a good job! I've gotten a haircut here as well and loved my cut, although this time I made an appointment through their website that says I can book one, so I did the day before for a 11:45am appointment, I went and the stylist was already with another customer doing a 3 hour session, she told me just to write down my number and name and she'll call me when she's done, so I did, and waited those 3 hours, no call, no text, so I called to see if she was done and she said she was but had no time for any other customers because she still had to cut two other people's hair. In my opinion, it's not fair making a customer wait 3 hours being told that they'll get a call once the stylist is done, I was the only customer that wrote down my information on a journal they had since it was still early. If she wasn't sure that she can take us , she could've told me she might not have time afterwards so I wouldn't be waiting for her call, also I don't think they actually use the booking website they have, they should just take it down so people wouldn't waste their time, besides that, they do really know what they're doing! But I hope they do better on meaning the things they say they're gonna do.Services: Long haircut

They cut womens hair also..They are always professional. I get right in and she washes, cuts and braids my hair. And my hair is really thick and long. But she does the best braids.Services: Haircut
