“I took my car to Riley’s for an oil change and to see if they could get my horn to working, Elliott checked the fuse then the relay and ended up putting my car on the lift to find the connector was not plugged good, I had previously backed out of a parking spot and pulled the bumper out. “I thought they serviced my cabin air filter when I had an oil change a few weeks ago. It started making a weird flapping noise and I brought it in and asked if they could look at it. Turns out, they had not replaced the filter and they helped me anyway. Turns out a leaf had fallen into the filter and they were knowledgeable and helpful and didn't turn me away even after I claimed they did work they actually didn't.”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Springtown POJO lube center. The technician who helped me was fantastic—he had a background working on Acuras and was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. Instead of taking advantage of the situation and recommending an unnecessary oil change, he reset my car’s computer and informed me that an oil change wasn’t needed at this time. This level of integrity and transparency is rare and greatly appreciated. I’ve been coming here for two years and have always had positive experiences, but today’s service was exceptional. Highly recommend this place for their honesty and excellent service!”
