The assistant manager, sorry I did not catch your name. But you, sir, thank you sooooo much. You are a God send. My husband ( who has brain cancer) and I broke down in the O'Reilly parking lot. The assistant manager went above and beyond to help us. We did not have the tools, let alone the strength to pull the battery out of our big truck. Thank you so much for your kindness. O'Reilly, he deserves a raise. Thank you again.

I greatly appreciate the service I received as they were quick to get to me even with a decent amount of people coming in.
My reason for only four stars is because I called up to the location prior to arriving with a detailed description of my issue involving my serpentine belt and even after explaining that all the diagrams I looked at showed "an extra" wheel (tensioner pulley) and that I did not have a sixth wheel only five (missing tensioner pulley) they could only offer me the same diagrams I had already been looking at.
In my opinion, if you work at an auto part store and someone says they dont have a part that is necessary for vehicle function, you should know immediately to tell them that their problem is the missing part.
After watching video after video online to figure it out I found that my tensioner pulley had broken off entirely, not that I just didnt have one, which created the problem of not being able to put a new belt on.

Better off going to auto zone.Bought floor mats got wrong color,they wd not take them back.Had them maybe 5muns. Very unpleasant counter man
