“Great customer service! People are always pleasant but they do charge above what your insurance has you pay. I've never seen another pharmacy do that. We pay insurance so that our prescriptions don't cost as much and they add a fee above that.”
“It's been years since I've came across a Brookshire's. I was expecting prices similar to HEB and Trader Joe's. Regular price items were reasonable but I'm glad they had sales during my visit. Younger individuals were running the self-check out. However, there was no customer service or greeting provided to anyone. The store was well lit and organized. There was a vast selection of Brookshire's brand products.”
“The staff are very friendly and helpful. My family has been using Albertsons Pharmacy for more than 20 years. The prices are low and they have cards and different ways to get you the lowest prices possible even if you have no insurance. They are also very informed and they will share advice about your meds. Again I love the staff!”

“I really enjoy using this pharmacy.
They call me back asap after leaving a voicemail. My orders are always ready when they say they are going to be. If there is a problem they fix it usually while I am standing there. The pick up lines some times get lengthy, but its not because the team is not doing what they are supposed to. I watch them while in the line and everyone is working hard. The medications needed are always in stock.
I have not shopped in the retail store, so I do not have a review on that. Other than the store is cleaned and seems well stocked when I walk through.”

“I don’t know that there is a better, faster pharmacy in existence!! If you are looking to be greeted with kindness, fast service, and EXTRA SPEEDY fills, this is the place! For years I’ve fought other pharmacies, leaving frustrated every time or waiting for days upon days for a refill. Not at Springtown Pharmacy!! My doctor calls something in, and I have a text within 30 minutes that it’s ready!
I can’t recommend them enough.”
