I had the pleasure of speaking with Jamecia S., and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was sweet, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the entire process. Jamecia helped me set up my storage unit over the phone and made sure I got the right size for my needs. Her customer service was outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

We rent a climate controlled unit and it was spotless upon our initial drop-off. It remains to be protected from all outside elements such as weather etc as we'd hoped. Paying my bill over the phone is made so easy and pleasant. Every employee I've dealt with has been so helpful and wonderful to work with. I love how you can receive notices by text about upcoming bill being due in coming days. Appreciate that feature enormously. Highly recommend Overflow in Springtown TX.

Very kinda employees ! Clean and felt like my stuff was safe! Easy access when needed! Never had any issues with them payment wise. If I was going to be late on a payment they are a very understanding company within reason of course ! We moved to Pennsylvania From springtown Texas and they were so nice to us ! If I were to ever go back to Texas I would use them !! Thanks again storage bright and employees!! God bless you all
