Keeley does NOT respond to text messages. I was going to try this place out but I’ll pass now. I used the square app to try and get an appointment but wasn’t able to get in touch with her so I reached out to her and never got another response back.

Made an appt, my son went in 10 mins prior to appt to wait and got skipped over multiple times. After an hour of waiting past his appt time the manager told him to come back in a couple of hours!! They’ve lost our business and it’s a shame because they did a good job on my other son’s hair a few weeks back.

Want to waste 45min of your life just to get passed up by another walk-in? Then Texas cuts is your place to be.
Customer service was a joke, felt like a penitentiary. No music, no one talking, bleak lighting.

Don't go there. I tried getting my hair trimmed there a month or so ago. I ended up leaving, and I can't believe I paid them looking back on it. I immediately left there and went to a shop in azle just to get it somewhat looking presentable. They aren't under the same ownership and aren't like how they used to be. Just my opinion.

I will never go back to this place and will make it a point to let everyone know how terrible of a place this is . It was Tuesdays the day before school started I took my 10 year old son in to get a haircut I walked in 2 lady’s where standing at there chairs to the left with no one in them both on there phones did not great or say anything at all . The blonde lady with the tattoos looks at me and asked what I needed I said a haircut for my son she said do you have an appointment I said no she said do you want one I said yes she looks at her iPad and looks at me and said 6:00 I said yes that will work she didn’t ask my name or anything and just said be back up here at 6 so I left and I sent my husband to take him up there I had to be at work at 6 my husband got there at 5:45 and he tells her that she said for my son to be there at 6 to get his hair cut she tells him to come back at 6:30 and closes at 6 . Not only did this rude lady waist mine and my husband’s time but all so kept my son from getting a haircut anywhere else because we thought we had an appointment this was so rude and uncalled for why would anyone do something like this to anyone imagine my 10 year old son trying to understand why a grown up would be so rude and nasty to him and his parents not a good look at all . My husband had severed 23 years in us military and we have lived all over the country and I have never experienced anything like this ever . Take your business elsewhere and save your time .

We've been here before to cut my dad's and brother hair, they did a good job, so I thought let's go again because it was time for my brother to get a cut, myself included, so we went, I told the lady specifically what my brother wanted, showed pictures, and even told her how short and that when he brushes his hair back, his bangs would fall into place like curtain bangs. She said okay and started cutting. At first it was looking fine... until she brushed his hair all the way to the front and literally made it into a bowl cut, which is super different from a curtain bangs, she cut straight from one side to the other, I really did try to trust the process because you would think a hairstylist would know how to cut hair... apparently not, it was a whole different haircut, I told her that's not what he wanted, she tried to brush it like the picture but it was too obvious that it was too short to even be styled, my poor brother looked a mess, she told me thats just how his hair falls and that's just how it's always gonna look... umm absolutely not!! He's had haircuts EXACTLY like how he wanted, I'm not sure where she heard he wanted a bowl cut with bangs short as hell. I still paid atleast 15 dollars because I told her to give me a discount, honestly I shouldn't have paid anything at all!! Luckily we went to another Salon to fix what we can free of charge!! My brother was crying because of how bad it was. I hope they do better and that she gets better classes before she touches anybody else's hair! With all respect, never coming here again.
