This place is awesome its quite the staff is amazing and they r so friendly I will miss them for sure when my daughter moves im gonna have to go buy a rv just to rent spot from them cause there so nice they have a pool and a little dog park activities for the kids and its very clean its a 5 star rv park for sure

When the old mgrs were here, I thought I had found a place to stay for a long time. Then they were replaced which is par for the course with this place. They change management quite often. With the management they have now all I can is good luck. I no longer live there and when I left the entire park was pissed off.

Th8s place is always having issues with their gates as well as the area. I just would not recommend this place to anyone.

It's an okay place for an RV
Play have a community pool but they still don't have an open.
They're not very avid on keeping the grass mowed or picking up trash on the property

Thank you Javier and Will for making the last few months more special to me. I have been here for 5yrs and unfortunately had to move closer to my sisters for babysitting. This couple will help you out there way to make you feel welcome. Whoever says other wise is either bitter or dislikes them for personal reasons, cuz going above your way to take pictures to make them look bad says alot about them! There just doing there JOB when asked to so something. The grass and dumpster have been the best kept ever. Over all thank you to managment and owners. I love this place! Had amazing memories.

this RV park is the worst place you could ever want to visit, let alone stay here for any amount of time. As i type this there are 3 guests who hold the rest of the RV park hostage while they act a fool with their behavior. riding around on mini rice rockets racing up and down the drive ways and blaring loud music past the quiet hours. we are asked to sign the RV park rules, but what’s the point if nobody follows them.

Unable to locate or contact owners. When I asked I was denied number.The management goes from bad to worse. Buying an rv for another resident here and she deciding she wants it back and to walk with my money. So management and her have teamed up to harass me and pretty much make my life hell. I haven't been evicted I currently still live here so I hope they see this. They involve other tenants that dont even know me to also harass me .They hired people to mow the grass that come over and threaten my house guest. I'm very clean I bother no one . And am treated like something they stepped. It's sad that this is how it's ran. Hired an attorney and If i can help it imma see to they are terminated. It's a nightmare!!

Worst park ever the mangers will allow people to harass you and also half the time the mangers are so doped up on meth they can't even think straight and stuff also its a very bad park I would not live there they also steal your credit card info

I have lived here at Valley Rose since December of 2019 and we have been through MANY managers, but the current managers win by far! They really care about the people renting here. Within the first few days they were here, we had issues with our electric (our hookup burnt out). They came by and helped direct us in what cord we needed to buy, answering our calls and our texts because we had no idea what we were doing, even hours after office hours. They stood in the Texas heat guiding us and they did not have to. They have been so friendly and just full of energy everytime we've talked with them. The park itself is cleaner and more friendly than it's been in a long time. The pool is cleaned every Monday. The site bathrooms are much cleaner than they have ever been. The laundry room has been operational with no interruption of broken equipment. There's a kids park, a dog park and there's a new fire pit area. To the owners, please keep these managers, they are truly appreciated and doing an amazing job! ?

The managers go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy to stay here. Any problems I would have I would talk to them and I would be worry free the rest of the day. Couldn’t ask for better people ?
