The older lady with glasses behind the front desk really needs an attitude adjustment, very terrible customer service and very snobby. Don't bank at this location. She's also very persistent about asking where you work.

Irma was a dream - had to find a branch near where we were buying a travel trailer! greeted as soon as came in - wish we had this branch in Ballinger Texas

The people that work at this location are completely usless and incompetent they cannot or will not help you. Their customer service is horrible goto a diffrent location or change banks.
