“Great place, truly appreciate the work they do for the community. Pricing is clear and upfront, the staff are so kind and supportive. Wait times can be awhile but their system for check in makes it very easy”
“the staff & volunteers are such kind people . they truly love to make our collin county community a better place & help those in need, they are the definition what true christians are! thank you for helping our community!”
“Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Stephanie LaGrone and In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue! We just returned home from one of the most memorable experiences of our lives - an overnight stay that included two tours throughout this beautiful wildlife rescue during which we were introduced to each tiger, lion, liger, serval, lemur and more.
The first tour was during their evening feeding, and it was fascinating. Dr LaGrone and her stellar team of volunteers shared details about each animal’s history and personality. The morning tour was similar and as enjoyable since some of the ‘residents’ were more morning types and gave us a warm welcome.
We camped out under the stars and a campfire, ate s’mores, slept in tents and visited with the other guests, as well.
Dr.LaGrone also sat with us during our meals and shared fascinating details about the history of In-Sync, meal prep for their animals and more!
We can’t describe enough good things about the experience and enthusiastically recommend it for folks of all ages. They offer tours in October and May of each year, so highly suggest that you get on their mailing list for details.
Definitely a must experience!”
“1st time to stop by and thrift. Omg such a big fun place full of bins to dig through. Lots of rooms labeled with there treasures. A very large selection. It was 1/2 price day and I had a cart full. The 2 ladies behind the counter where so nice and friendly they made the experience so much fun.”

“Had a 90th Birthday party for my Aunt. The venue was awesome. Food was good too. The wait staff was very polite and professional. I would recommend for an event.”
“I love this place but the prices went up double to the point I might as well go to the store and buy it brand new. I’m just wondering why the price went like that and I was just there like three weeks ago and it was a really good price and when I went today, the prices was double some of them was triple”
“Roni is the best! She came to meet me and spent alot of time giving me awesome advice and networking ideas. She even personally connected me with contacts of businesses in my area to network with! She really cares about our community and helping everyone grow and be successful! Definitely worth the membership!!”
“An excellent Veteran-support organization operated by volunteer Veterans. It challenges our Warriors; promotes physical fitness and wellness; and gets them out of the house.”
“Fabulous development center for people with disabilities. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and the resourceful programming. A true community Jewel.”
“Restore is located between my house and HD and Lowes in McKinney so it's a no-brainer. It's a thrift store for hairy legged DIY-ers - male and female. A variety of used and new items priced at a fraction of retail. Ask for Charles. He went above and beyond to help me out. He'll do the same for you.”
“Wonderful staff and volunteers. Fast moving environment and it feels good to help. Very efficient process.
Please save your big Target or Kroger bags for them. They need them to package meat and deli for cluents in need.”
“I volunteered here and from the information provided about the place, this sounds amazing. They help a lot of people in Collin County. It isn't you normal non-profit. They help kids heal and handle what they are going through or went through.
The staff was very nice and appreciative of my group volunteering.”
“Great place to develop your chikds competitiveness. My wife is the coah of the Dallas Dynasty girls Vball team for 4 seasons and is a 2x tournament champion ?”
“recently completed the BIPP program at Hope’s Door / New Beginnings, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. If you’re required to take this course for probation, take this one — seriously, it’s completely different from any other program out there.
Cliff is the reason this class works. He’s real, honest, and direct — he doesn’t sugarcoat anything, but he truly cares about helping you understand yourself and take accountability. He doesn’t just lecture; he listens. He lets you speak openly, vent frustrations, and even encourages others in the class to share their thoughts so everyone can learn from each other. It’s a safe, respectful space where real growth happens.
When I first started, I didn’t think I needed the class. I thought it was just something I had to get through for probation. But now that I’ve completed it, I see how much I’ve grown and how differently I approach things in life. It’s honestly life-changing if you go into it with an open mind.
One of the best parts about this program is that once you graduate, Cliff allows you to come back and sit in on classes for free anytime you want. I still pop in every now and then because I always leave with something new to think about.
Cliff has even taken time to talk with me one-on-one when I was really struggling, and that kind of genuine care is rare. He truly wants to see people do better and heal. I’m so grateful for everything I learned in this program and for the support he continues to offer even after graduation. ?”
“My son has attended Coventry for five years now. Everything connected with Coventry Reserve is exceptional, especially the teachers and volunteers. My son attends all four days AND rarely misses a Respite event. He loves the Art, Horticulture, Clay and Adapted Fitness classes, as well as all the fun outings during Respite weekends!”
