My optometrist called in drops my son needs daily. Having to refill is a hassle each time. They don’t answer, their mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message, and they are ALWAYS late delivering. I was scheduled to receive the drops yesterday, they won’t respond today and we go out of town tomorrow. Sure enough they will show up and be no good so I’ll have to wait forever again. Now my son will go further without his drops. Last time I order here. This place is terrible.

My son's optometrist called in a prescription refill 2 weeks ago for eye drops. I had to call again last week, and the pharmacy said they would deliver this week. I called the optometrist office to inform them that the drops have not yet been delivered. My son is completely out, and he needs these daily for his treatment, or his eyes will get worse. This is unacceptable. I have already reported this issue to the optometrist, and I hope they choose a new pharmacy in the future.

Very very hard to get a hold of them. I email them 2 weeks ago asking for a refill for my eye drops and no one has answered. Called after and left voice msgs with no call backs. Seriously how can a business operate like this?

I am VERY DISPLEASED with this pharmacy. We do not live in Wylie. This pharmacy is reasonably priced. However, this pharmacy came highly recommended by the Opthalmology Office that my son is a patient at. My son is disabled and has to have a specific prescription and can not go without it. They do not communicate, the “manager” is not personable, they do not return phone calls but definitely charge your card for a prescription that is never delivered. Prime example would be i called on Monday 6/5/23 to refill my sons medication. I called today 6/7/23 for an update on when it will be delivered. I was told by the “manager” who states she doesn’t recall speaking to me that the delivery person would be here within the hour. That was at 11:00 am. At this time it is almost 3:00pm and still no prescription and no contact. My debit card was actually charged 6/6/23 when in fact i was told by Daniel they don’t charge until it’s out for delivery. Which would have been today 6/7/23. I do not advise anyone to use this pharmacy if you value good customer service. VERY DISSATISFIED!!

Reasonable price, but delivery service sucks.. prescription was to be delivered Thurs, then they say Friday and nothing is delivered. Called before 5pm closing time and no one picks up. And of course they are closed during the weekend. My daughter needs her eye drops and can't afford to go without it. If her eyes get worsen and it's due for lack of eye drop medication there will be legal action.

I am impressed with the quality, caring and loving type of service that the pharmacist and the manager deliver to their patients. I called them regarding a chronic post nasal drip situation with my daughter and within a few hours, I was served and my child was well!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

**Edit**I wish 0 stars was an option. I called around 11am to have them cancel my prescription so I could send it to another pharmacy, the pharmacist told me he would. 4 hours later my other pharmacy calls and said it still hasn’t been cancelled. I then sat on hold from 3-5pm no answer, no calls back. Insanely frustrating pharmacy and near impossible to get ahold of them.They lied to me about the availability of my prescriptions to the point they expired. My next script was automatically sent to them and after trying multiple times to contact them and always being on I still have not been called back but they did charge my card.

The pharmacist is very nice! Sometimes they have the door locked even though they are open...no problem though! You can peek through the glass in the door and see the pharmacist hard at work. Just knock on the door or give them a call and they will come let you in and get your prescription to you! They are so much more personable than the big pharmacies where you wait forever in line to get your prescription!

Update after calling at 9 am and being on hold someone finally answered after 50 min. Apparently it was over looked and didn't get out but was told they charge prior to making compound witch is a lie because last script wasn't paid until it was picked up. Conveniently they said I would get it today after 5 which is after they are closed so can't call if it's not.2nd time using this pharmacy by lack of option not by choice. 1st time took almost 1 week to get my daughter's eye drops. Yesterday 8/5/22 I spoke to someone at 10:03am and said they were working on her script. Our Dr states that they deliver and to ask about it because she herself uses them. So I asked and they said it was free deliver. I requested they deliver and asked when we could expect them they said "today after 5/6pm" so I paid over phone and told them we'd be home. Nothing showed up, no communication, but they did charge the cc for the script. Had I known they weren't going to keep their word I could've made other arrangements and would've had the script already. Very unprofessional may need to talk to Dr about other pharmacy options.

I used this pharmacy as a customer. As a physician, I was so impressed by the quality of care delivered by this pharmacy.
