No appointments - Was able to get a recall done in a couple of hours around lunchtime when other dealers didn't even have the parts. Will return. Shuttle service needs to be better - ends mid-afternoon and waited more than an hour for driver.

Great customer service and actually had rare parts in stock. Even explained the difference in the current part versus a defective one. Also, the gentleman made sure the actual part inside the bag was what was shown on the screen. Attention to detail is a lost art these days. Thanks
