I stayed at motels and hotels every week for work. This is by far the most comfortable quiet and clean one I have ever stayed at. Don't let the sign and ridiculous bad reviews steer you away. I will stay here everytime im in town!

Looks can be deceiving. This little hole in the wall motel had decent rooms that were up to date. It's not much to look at, but rooms were comfortable.

Great find!!
Recently renovated, clean, Quiet non chain owned Gem!!
Very clean and quiet location.
We stopped for the night on our way to Big Bend. We got here around 5PM. Fast check in. Found a working ice machine near the office and a wonderful place for the night.
There are NOT many choices for dinner, but we settled for the Sonic just up the road. ( another great experience) see my review in it too.
You can’t go wrong stopping in Stamford for a nice overnight stay.

Very clean and welcoming. LED lights are pretty bright. WiFi was good one day and slow for a couple of other days. Owners are very nice.

We have stayed at the Deluxe Inn for 11 years in a row now for hunting trips. The people are excellent to work with and a pleasure to be around. The rooms are cleaned and fresh towels every day, couldn't ask for a better place to stay and feel welcomed.

Overnight stay for a family funeral. Very friendly, smiles & welcoming! Room was clean and appeared recently renovated.

For a town this small, it was nice to find a motel that was taken care of as well as this one. The reviews I had read were accurate: the rooms had been updated. My bed sheets were a nice quality. The bathroom tiled and with plenty of hot water. I felt safe and cozy here. I appreciate the owner’s efforts to provide such a place in a small town and at a reasonable rate. The tv was not hi-def, but I was working and not really fussed about that. I would stay again!Rooms: The pillows were very firm. You might bring your own if that is not for you. Otherwise, bedding was nice—not cheap quality.

Plain Jane motel. Clean, cheap, comfortable bed. No breakfast but Sonic and restaurant not far away.
