I like this Walmart, and it carries an decent selection of produce and home goods that any homeowner would need. I appreciate their collection of home improvement and building materials that is definitely and blessing to our town of Stamford. However they lost two stars due to the attitude that the cashier gives you at the returns. They demand reciepts, in spite of letting them know that Walmart does not require you have receipts as long as you have the card you purchased it with. Then they make a big fuss about little things, talk down to you, and just are downright annoying wasting your time. So all in all they require better training in interacting with customers. They are not doing the customer a favor by facilitating the return, it is the right of the customer to return things they are not satisfied with. All in all better training. However all other sales agents and people on the ground are very pleasant, go out of your way to help except for one or two who are pretty rude when asked to help. They ask you to go to front of the store to enquire or just state upfront that they cannot help. I feel the younger folks are more like this, the older staff are "amazing", very genuine and courteous and helpful. All in all better training in being respectful, being professional and efficient would definitely help.
