I was driving on I-20 headed to my son’s house in Odessa when my car suddenly stopped working. I had to pull over on the frontage road, far from home and far from my son’s place, and I was trying not to panic. That’s when Paul pulled up and asked if I needed help. I explained what happened, and he went above and beyond—determining my fuel gauge was reading incorrectly then driving to a nearby shop, getting me some gas, and helping me get back on the road safely. I am so grateful for his kindness and willingness to go out of his way to help a stranger in need. Thank goodness for good people like Paul!

Ruth and I met Paul and Shea Chapman several years ago when they first brought their business to the Stanton/Martin County area. They soon showed their true colors when towing and roadside help was not only a phone call away but efficient and dependable. The Red,White and Blue vehicles were showing up every where… at stranded motorists, at accident scenes, at Men’s Prayer Breakfasts, you name it! Their commitment to those in need was refreshing and seeing their business growing was impressive.
We highly recommend their service to anyone needing help delivered fast and with dedication, night or day. Their Christian outreach and love of God is seen in all they do!

I called American Towing late evening today on a Monday. Paul and I talked for a bit and he was extremely helpful and genuine good person on the phone. We talked about what I needed picked up and towed to Midland from Stanton. Paul told me when he could make it, and was on time and responded to every message. By far the best experience with having to get a truck towed. When he arrived at location to drop it off at the shop, he called and stated some of the issues that were there and went “the extra mile” to make sure we had the correct spot and truck would not be towed off from being dropped in the wrong spot. I would recommend American Towing to anyone and will recommend every time asked. Thank you Paul.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. They answered immediately and were there to rescue us off of I-20 in less than 10 minutes. They were very professional and friendly. I am happy to see there are still good people out in the world willing to help another out.

Very professional and extremely quick response time. Just broke down in Stanton down on Easter Sunday at 7:30pm. They answered the phone right away and reached me within 20 minutes.
