I recently visited the Stripes in Stanton, TX to pick up some food from the Laredo Taco located inside. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the poor customer service I received. Upon entering, the person behind the Laredo Taco counter informed me that I would be helped in a few minutes as the Stripes counter attendant was assisting another customer. Despite waiting patiently, the attendant did not acknowledge us or provide any assistance. When we attempted to get her attention, she continued to ignore us. After a considerable wait with no acknowledgment, I decided to place the items I intended to purchase on the counter and leave. This lack of attention and disregard for customers left me feeling disappointed in the service provided. I believe that good customer service is essential for any establishment, and I hope that this feedback can contribute to improvements in the future. Thank you.
