Customer service is a hit or miss. And you can never find what you need in the store. This location sucks.

Moving from Phoenix to Dallas and needed new screws to reattach my license plates. We were struggling to find the right replacements; employee James V went above and beyond for customer service: let us try different screws, lots of troubleshooting and ultimately he figured out the issue and resolved it for us. Couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks James! Don’t know what we’d have done without you.

Hardly ever has any of the lightbulbs and such stocked, hardware section is always a disorganized mess, and you guys should probably update your closing time if you’re shutting down at 7:30pm instead of 8:00pm.
I try to support local businesses, but this store usually has me going to Big Springs.

If your delivering to this location the stalk is very rude .unloading doc is out front . There is a truck stop down the street if you need to overnight they have good coffee .

Went to buy and air compressor but couldn't find prices on any of the ones I was looking at. I don't like to have to ask or look up prices I want them up front. It also creates price comparison for who has the lowest price. And if I don't see a price I assume it's higher then other area stores so I move on.Compared to Midland Odessa locations.The Stanton TX location has 10X the customer service. You should re train all of you employees in that store.
