I stopped in on 6/2625 for diesel and restroom around 0400hrs. Restrooms were blocked off and informed by employee that the water wasn't working that morning. However, the employee was preparing the morning's hot box breakfast foods. He was wearing gloves but still, shouldn't he be washing hands? Don't employees still need to use restrooms? Maybe they use hand sanitizer after popping a squat behind the building? Perhaps they pass out buckets to the truck drivers? Maybe they're secretly thinking eat ____, after getting one of their hot breakfast sandwiches.

My husband and I stopped in while we were traveling back home. Between 4-5 p.m. on 3/20/25 Our intentions were to grab a drink and something from the hot box. We grabbed our drinks and waited in line to grab something to eat. While we waited, we noticed a male worker (which we later found out he was the manager) handling the food with his bare hands. I observed him use his phone, touch other objects nearby then grab the burritos and place them in the paper sleeve and put them in the warmer. He then proceeded to assist a young lady and help ring out other customers. He handled merchandise and money, after he was done he walked back to the burritos and continued to handle the food without ever washing his hands or put on gloves. Cross contamination at is finest. If he's the manager then he absolutely should know better. Needless to say we paid for our drinks and left. That was absolutely disgusting. The two stars is because the young lady who rung us out, was super sweet. Great customer service from her.

I made a stop for gas and quite a few other items on a very cold morning. MON - FEB 24th 2025
After Chris rung me up - there was another customer behind me so he said wait and I’ll help carry them out for you.

I needed to fill my thermos of coffee. When I I was almost done noticed it was cold. I went to counter and asked if I could get a discount since their coffee was cold. Not even a nice man, said no can’t do it and he didn’t know how long it had been sitting there! I didn’t ask!
I couldn’t wait and didn’t ask if he could brew fresh. I should have made him. But I didn’t. The good Lord takes care of mean spirited people like him.

Very dirty ladies room and entire store had a LOT of flies. I get they were busy and maybe training new employees, but still. Just gross!

Sometimes the line gets long but if you’re a people watcher in Stephenville it’s always interesting! If you want friendly staff go to the one by the City park! Sign up for the rewards program, it’s very beneficial! I get free fountain drinks a lot and money off per gallon for gas!

I love the convenience of the local Allsup’s. I use my Allsup’s app every time I go there and then I’ll get a free soda and/or so many cents off each gallon of gas I buy.

Best branch of four in town; clean facilities, good options, hot cooked food, quick grocery items, and friendly staff. Just need a few bug zappers at the loading dock and entrance when those pesky dairy or livestock trailers park in the lot! Too bad they can’t get kicked out or charged more for a “Fly fee”!!!
