I can not get important calls because they go straight to voicemail and I figured the store that I bought the phone from would have a clue about AT&T, and the phones that they sell, but
I am old and the phones that are sold are way over my head.

Very pleasant and satisfying experience at the Stephenville AT&T store location. My experience with Cameron was amazing! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly! I will come back in future, hope Cameron is available to help me with my needs.

Jose M was great in working with us, setting up the new phone and advising me about AT&T's new insurance plan for electronics in my home. Jose is very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I enjoyed working with him.

these guys are always SO helpful. I literally went in there and explained how I essentially stole an iPhone 13 from them (AT&T) and they sent me out with a brand new iPhone 15 Plus. with no down payment. like you can’t get any cooler than these guys. lmaooo. and of course they always hold the door for you, etc. Idk if I’m supposed to do this, but shoutout to my two high school homies Drew Allen, and Chris Starnes. and Joshua Torres for always getting me set up with exactly what I’m looking for when I come in! lol

This store is always fully staffed and they help you right away. I love how they hold the door open for everyone entering and leaving the store. Very knowledgeable staff.
