The lady at the desk tried to be as helpful as possible, but she could never really tell me what was happening with my car. the service wasn’t completely terrible but after taking my car there over the span of 2 months (5 different times for multiple days) they failed to fully fix what was originally wrong with it and also broke a few other things!

I looked around at several places for a windshield replacement and window tint and when I found this place online I saw some iffy reviews, but I decided to give them a shot because they were offering the lowest price for a windshield replacement and window tinting for all of my windows. I spoke with a receptionist on the phone, who seemed to be pretty nice, to schedule for my vehicle to be worked on Wednesday since that is the only time the guy who does the tinting would be there. We had already agreed that I would drop off my car on Tuesday before they closed. The receptionist called me Tuesday to make sure that I was still coming to drop my car off and I confirmed letting her know that I was taking off work 30 minutes early to be there. When I showed up to drop off my vehicle Tuesday 3 minutes until close, no one was on the lot or in the building. I left the car there and my keys inside of the car because there was no dropbox. In the morning i received a call about where I left the vehicle keys so that they could start working on it. But when I got home with the car I noticed quickly that they had damaged my window cowl (plastic panel under the window wipers between hood and windshield) they also didn't install it correctly and they didn't put the plastic piece on the mirror that hides the wires, the windshield doesn't leak so far. My window tint wasn't to bad it does have bubbles coming up and dirt between the film and the window. I normally do my own work plus I have worked for shops before so I had the expectation of it coming out of the shop in as good, if not better, than when i dropped it off so I was disappointed when I noticed broken pieces or uninstalled pieces. I had thought about removing the parts prior to dropping it off just so they wouldn't mess them up but I figured if I was giving them my money they should do a good job. If you want a cheap window tint and window replacement and don't care about how messed up your car comes out after then this is the place for you. I won't be going back to this place.
