“I've had several cars that needed body work/collision repair in the past, so I've dealt with several body shops over the years. When it comes to paint matching, body shops generally seem to take the attitude of (my summary) "we'll mix according to the manufacturer's color codes, cutting as many corners as we can, and if the paint matches then it matches, and if it doesn't match then it doesn't match, but you get what you get." Likewise, most body shops are content to use parts from other wrecked cars or non-manufacturer knockoff parts that fail after a few years. None of this works for me because I'm very particular about my cars and care more about them than that.So, when I recently needed collision repair, I began calling body shops to let them know my requirements (perfectly matched paint and only new, OEM parts) and to ask whether they could meet my requirements. As usual, they tried to convince me that I needed to lower my standards and accept a "close" paint match laid onto used or non-OEM parts.When I called Justin's I was surprised to hear, right in the phone greeting, that Justin's uses only new OEM parts on all repairs. I spoke with Justin about color matching, and he explained how difficult it is to do, but he also convinced me that he was capable of doing it and actually cared whether his paint matches. So, I gave Justin's a shot and took my car to him for repairs/paint.Long story short, I'm very meticulous about my cars and other investments, and this is the first time I've ever been 110% satisfied with any body shop's work. Justin and his team did an amazing job. I couldn't be more thrilled with the paint job. Not only that, but Justin and his team are great guys, easy to work with, informative, up-front and honest. Hopefully I won't need any more body work in the near future, but if and when I do, Justin gets all of my business from now on, and I tell everyone I know about him.My only regret about leaving this review is that Google limits me to 5 stars.”

“Good experience over all with a purchase of a suspension upgrade made in Australia. The wait was as expected, not too bad for a product shipping from that far, the customer service was very much on top of communicating with me, the product was good quality, the shipping box was destroyed by UPS with some accessories missing as a result, but the best part of my experience was getting the missing bushings faster than the tracking number for that package. Pretty impressive for an after sale responsiveness. Will definitely purchase from them again.”

“My truck got minor damage from a tanker truck to the driver side rear tail end and I was told to take it here for repairs by the company that owned the tanker truck. I took it and got the estimate and turned the estimate over to the company. I then called them and scheduled to drop off my truck a month later when I would be off work the week of having it fixed. I took it in on a Wednesday (they are not open on weekends) I called on Friday and they had not started on it and I became worried. Monday they still hadn't started and didn't know if they would get to it this week because of being short staffed. I was surprised that on Tuesday I got an email saying that my truck was moved into the bay and it would be ready by Friday. I was even more shocked when they called me Wednesday at 4pm saying it was ready. The work they did was beyond fast and I have to say it was a beautiful repair job they did on it. They matched the paint to the T and put a new tail light in and it looks as good as new without a trace of ever having been damaged. I had never heard of this place before now but you can bet I will trust them if I ever need them again. Reasonable price, great work, even does there best to keep within the time goals when able. Thank you Fernando and Soto Body Shop I am very happy right now.”

I explained the problem and they said while they might "could" fix it, they don't have the parts access Bobcat does, nor the experience to work on those particular engines, so I would b better off elsewhere. Rather than take the work, they suggested a better alternative both in terms of price and perhaps quality of work.So they just ended up on my very short list of places to take my diesel truck should it ever need work. I very much appreciate honesty up front like that.”
