Also the very nice guy took the old battery out and put the new one in in about 15-20 minutes. Fastest service we’ve ever received anywhere. “My experience with Granbury collision center started out a little rough. It’s just been very time consuming. It took from may-July to get the correct parts needed, and then they couldn’t get me on the schedule until August since it was such a busy time for them and there were issues with wrong parts showing up. The repairs have taken longer than expected.
Carrie is great. She’s been very patient with me and very helpful. She did give me realistic expectations for the time it may potentially take to do the repairs. She understood my frustrations and she went out of her way to make the situation right and was beyond helpful!!!”

“Great store and very helpful staff. I found the batteries online and called to insure they had them. Did have, but after seeing my old batteries, they swapped the ones I ordered with ones that had the proper connect post. Loaded into my pickup and took the old batteries. They went the extra distance and I'll do the same to use them next time I need them.”

“Got into an accident I needed somebody work and painting done on my Jeep. Tori in the front of the house dealt with the insurance companies, Ashton and the boys took care of the car in the back of the house. There was a couple of hiccups with some parts, they took care of the extra days on my rental. They were insanely helpful, wicked awesome, and did a great job.
