Noah's been coming out for the past two years maintaining, servicing, and fixing all issues regarding my equipment. He is the most professional, knowledgeable, and respectful person that has came out to the property. I would highly recommend that if you need a mobile mechanic to come out you request Noah. Hands down the best!!!!

Needed parts to repair an old Disk Plow my Father gave me and they did a great job of getting me the parts needed to rebuild the plow and even carried the parts out to my Car, Great Job, I'll be back. Have more plows and equipment to rebuild.

Store is getting one star because they know how to open the doors. I had a JD48R walk behind in the shop at United Ag wher they lied to me about the issue so they would not have to warranty the work. I picked up the mower from them and took over to Bramlett where I thought they may treat businesses better. They said the Valves needed adjusted and they did it and expected me to pay. This is on commercial walk behind with less that 200 hours and less than a year old. Anything minus maintenance should be covered under warranty almost. They went ahead and let me take it and dealt with the warranty on there side after I would not pay. Mower started a week later doing the exact same thing and I returned it. Over a week into it I called for an update and they lady in service said they have not even looked at it yet, and they are over 3 weeks behind. I got mad, as this is how I make money so I picked it up and took it to another dealer. They pulled the plug and found it to be a head gasket which is a known issue on the FS600 motors in 1 day. Had it fixed and returned in 2 days after that under warranty. The entire time this was going on with the mower, I had a RB400 pressure washer at Bramlett because it was not creating the pressure it was supposed to. Took it in, told them the problems with it, and 3 weeks later they said it was the valves. When they were on the phone talking about the valves were on order and waiting on parts they gave me no indication of price to replace. Today I got a call it was ready to go and its over $414 dollars to fix the valves. I paid under $600 for the machine new, and now they are barely over $600 new. So they got no go ahead and really dont care what the price is they are going to fix no matter what (without approval) and expect you to pay. At that price and the way they were on my mowers, and not knowing how to look and find a simple head gasket leak I dont even know if that is what is wrong. Now writing this letter, I have been sitting on hold for 30 minutes and probably will not get a response or a solution to this at all tonight. I will leave it at this. If you want John Deere and you live next to Bramlett and the only other John Deere is 3 states away. Make the drive through the other two states to get to the next closest dealer. The date today is 7/26/2021 Call time was 5p.m and now 5:33 which is past their closing time. Stay tuned.

Just had to get a part for tractor rebuilt. Took it in and they got it rebuilt quickly at very reasonable price! Highly recommend! They were great

Very disappointed in my experience. Went to look at a tractor. Spoke to a salesman belive named kirk. The description of this machine was absolutely not as described and pretty dishonest. Was described as having very little wrong with it to actually having major issues. I'd just guess if a person was selling tractors might be a good idea to know something about them. I heard I don't know more than getting straight answers. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I left there feeling lied too.

I ve done buisness with Bramlett for 2 years, always been satisfied, my son and i took a ms250 saw in for a new carbueator,n to put it on, nothing else, trhe service writer said 3 days, normally by the time we pay the saw was done, ok a couple of days, his mom picked up the saw ands they charged her 90 $, for a27$ carb and 20$ labor is the normal price, she wrote up a list of what was done after telling her, nothing else, you can eat the money you stole, we will never spend another dime, cant be trusted ,, SOOOO DISAPPOINTED, CROOKS CANT TRUST THEM

Very disappointed with this John Deere Dealership. I offer full listed asking price ($84,500) on a used 6145M John Deere tractor and they immediately tell me that the price just increased $3k ($87,500) and they know wont take any less.

Have used Bramlett several times to repair both of my John Deere riding mowers. They are reliable & trustworthy. Good customer service. Robert is an outstanding mechanic & makes sure that he does what is necessary to get your machine up and running. They have earned my confidence & loyalty.

As my local John Deere dealership in Hudson Oaks closed couple years ago, I very badly needed help with a leaking steering box on my JD 5510...I called Service Mgr. at the Stephenville JD Dealership for help and was told it would probably be a little more than a week before they could have someone out to help me...Told them OK as I had to have the help and repairs.....After 3 weeks I called about my status and was told the Ser. Mgr. was not in and probably would not be anytime soon, so I asked to speak with the Dealership owner or Manager...He, Donnie Bramblett, called me back and i asked him if he could give me some time frame of when I might could expect the promised help from them, and he told me he could not...I then asked him if he felt his customers having to wait more than 3 weeks for service was appropriate and he stated that even twice that long couldn't be helped....I asked him if he did not see a problem with a dealership providing that kind of service....,No answer...I would be very wary about buying from this dealership if that is their attitude about good service after the sale...Right now, middle of July, I need to be buying my 20 round bales of hay for the coming winter and turning my garden and field's under, but cannot as my tractor dealership does not employ enough people to handle the needs of their customer's, and my tractor is sitting broke down...A side note to this posted comment..I did call the dealership last Friday, again the Ser. Mgr. not around, but one of the Ladies in the office told me " Your name is still on the board George as needing service but can't tell you anything else "...I suspect small Town politic's are involved, Mr. Brambletts buddies, or friend's, or local 'important' people are worked in ahead of those 'non important' ordinary people like me and other's....I now certainly understand why you see so many of the painted orange tractor's and equipment around.....Kubota must give better service....Like auto's, I will not buy or deal with a dealership that does not give me good service, and feel other's feel the same as I.....As stated above, this dealership does not give good service to it's customer's...Want's the sales, but doesn't want to give service.....al least to me anyway....In looking at your past responses to unfavorable review's of your buisness, please do not again post the lame generic comment to this one with the 'please reach out to us' as you seem to do with all the others....and also, Your 'Covid' response is very lame also, you didn't have enough help before this started, so blaming Covid problems now is just an excuse for sorry service..
