I took my car to have it serviced at Brunner Dodge last week! It was so easy to schedule an appointment. Everyone in the Service Department was so nice and accommodating. Facilities are so nice and comfortable. It was a great experience!

The sales process was great. It's after that this place get 2 stars. If you want call backs and communication you better go somewhere else. Sales staff and management seem to only care for the sale. They smile in your face and forget you when your gone. I knew to go to a bigger dealership, but I wanted to keep my business local.

While traveling thru the area on my way from Ohio to Arizona for the winter with my RV, a serious situation developed with my 2016 Ram 3500. The DEF system was counting down the miles before it would go into limp mode. I made some phone calls looking for help and I was told it would be as long as 7-10 days to get it in for work to be done. I was pulling a fifth wheel RV and after securing a place on a local farm to stay, I called Bruner’s Dodge/Jeep/Ram based on a suggestion from another dealer who was booked. Bruner's was the closest to where I left my RV and still within the mileage remaining on the dreaded DEF countdown. I called Robert Floroplus at Bruner’s who said that he’d take a look at it and get an estimate by the end of day the next day if I could get it there early, which I did. I hitched a ride back and forth to my RV with the owner of the farm my RV was on. Even before leaving Bruner’s, Robert already had someone diagnosing the problem and was closing in on the root cause. Not knowing how long it would take to get the parts, he was doing everything he could given I was a captive audience with no place to go. By the end of that SAME day he called and told me it was fixed at no cost. It was covered under the 67A recall extended warranty. They only wanted to take it on a longer test drive the next morning to confirm, which they did. I picked it up and walked out the door by 9:20AM. Robert and Bruner’s were a life saver going above and beyond to help out a stranger passing through. They were AWESOME and made the experience more painless than I ever could have expected given the circumstances. Thx Robert and Bruner’s.

Even though we didn’t buy our vehicle from here. They got our vehicle in quick and got our issue resolved under the vehicle warranty. Robert in service did an outstanding job at keeping us updated on the progress every step of the way.

Had our jeep over 4 days. For recall and electrical issues. They drove it over 100 miles! Yes , over 100 was told there was nothing wrong . Picked it up didn’t make it to stop light by their dealership light came back on with warning . Got home found front end has scratches and 2 dents in hood .
