A good place for service was disappointed with lack of communication when the car was ready. Was supposed to receive a call when it was complete anddidn'tt. Ended up wasting 4 hours of my day. Service was as expected, but miscommunication or lack of takes away from this place

I would never use them at all. Called about the van that is just over the mileage limit and still has 4 months left on the warranty and was told even couple of miles under and it would not be covered. That is company that cares only about the sale. It was a 3000 add on warranty and the guy did not care one bit.

Took my truck there twice broke down third time took it to dealership in Weatherford they said the first thing that stephenville should have tested the gas up front and didn't now have major damage to truck which is repairable never go back very unprofessional so beware they say they know what they're doing but they don't boohoo my truck still in the shop in Weatherford diagnose contaminated gas

Had to have clock spring replaced in my steering wheel which was causing the airbag light to come on. First, they tried to tell us we owed them a ridiculous amount of money when the fix was under warranty. Second, we got the Jeep back and the light was off but the turn signal would not click back after turning right. Had to take it back to get it fixed. Finally, we get it back again and the audio controls on the back of the steering wheel don't work as they did before getting the spring replaced. Took it back and they told us we needed to buy a part that we didn't have for the controls to work, even though they worked before they messed with it. Never coming back.

Recently went to get my throttle looked at. When I was explaining what was wrong with my vehicle they stated that it was a European engine and that was completely normal even though I’ve had the car for 8 years and I couldn’t get my car over 2 RPM without the engine shutting off. They then had my car for 4 days to replace the entire throttle body (so there was something wrong). At the time I also told them that my car needed a new horn. And they told me since it was raining (which it hadn't in months)that there was probably just water in it. They had to order a new horn and told me they would call when it was in. Two weeks go by and no call. I called them and they got the part in the day. So I schedule an appointment to get it fixed and to do a recall on my vehicle. I take it in and leave it they say it would be ready at 1. Which it wasn’t. Took 7 hours to replace the horn and $400. I get no phone calls saying it’s done. I decide to just head over instead of calling for the 4th time and it’s parked outside. I pay and leave very upset. Get in my car and all my stuff is thrown around and on the floor. They take advantage of me and trash my car and don’t even apologize for inconveniencing me. And over charge me. No one could tell me if my car was even being serviced. They have poor communication. I get being busy but the disrespect is another level. I have never heard of a car horn taking 7 hours to replace nor costing $400.Update: the service manager was very helpful and made sure my concerns were heard. I hope my complaint actually does well for this company and they move forward and provide a quality service and this doesn’t happen to future customers.
