Great buying experience! Recently bought a 2023 BMW X3 to replace my commuter car. Temo went above and beyond bringing the car to Granbury to view and test drive in our busy schedules. With his knowledge and feel for vehicles, he recognized a vibration and got the service team to fix it prior to delivery. The finance manager worked the back office paperwork and was very welcoming to outside Credit Union financing unlike a lot of dealerships. Overall great buying experience and would do business again with Temo and Bruner!

Great customer service, everything was able to get checked out and fixed in a matter of 2 days. They’re great at communicating with you throughout the whole process. Definitely recommended, it is pricey but my car is working perfectly.

This was the second time my new 2025 GMC Denali HD 2500 has been in the shop for a transmission leak repair. The first time it was in the shop for almost 7 weeks for repair. This time it took two weeks.
Areas that could improve:
1. Loaner car was NOT clean, and only had 1/8th of a tank of gas.
2. Returned loaner car with 1/2+ tank of gas. Dealership had to put gas in my truck, so they charged me for that.
3. Truck seats were dirty when I got my truck back.
4. I bought the Bruner chip and glass warranty. While my truck was in the shop, I asked for a few chipped placed to be touched up. Body shop said they could not touch up due to the color of my truck. Why was I offered and bought a warranty that could not be used?!
5. Drove my truck to Fort Worth today from Weatherford, got home and it is leaking again. So it will be in the shop for the third time since July come Monday!
6. In addition to the transmission leak, I now have an oil leak too. They changed the oil on my truck while it was in the shop. My brother noticed the oil filter was dripping in oil and attempted to hand tighten it but it was tight so it must be a seal.
I am beyond frustrated...and this is the second GMC truck purchase within one year from Bruner. The first truck was a pre-owned AT4 that I kept having electrical problems with...and so I upgraded to a new Denali.
I will say that I was impressed with Mr. Bruner's call to action when I made him aware that my truck had been in the shop for over 6 weeks the first time. He stepped up and took care of my concerns to salvage the customer satisfaction relationship.
The frustration is in the quality that I am experiencing with the GMC products, and the service department could be a bit more prideful in cleaning their sevice vehicles.

Very shady dealer. All I wanted to from service advisor if the car that I am purchasing has any warranty left and they couldn't tell me that information. Don't do business with them.

I have taken my vehicle for a oil pressure sensor..it sat there for 2 days for them to tell me they couldn't get a code after I told them what the code said..so took the car home ( noticed they didn't put my engine cover back on) and it continued to act up so I scheduled a week in advance to bring it up there. After 2 days again we can't get a code but let's clean the fuel injectors. A day later, pick up the car they tell me "oh we got a code, it's the oil pressure sensor " I told them this from the first trip up there. Call again..talked to Robert to get the issue fixed that he quoted me to fix the sensor but I needed a loaner because I can't keep taking off from work. He kept reassuring me he would get a loaner in the next few days, that he hasn't forgot me. I Call again, same statement "I'm getting a vehicle today and I will call you. 10 days have passed Still no call. Oh.. and don't let Travis take you home..he had road rage while I was in the car.. That was Scary!! Told GMC Service Advisor about it and he laughed it off and said we'll make sure we will find someone else to take you home next time. Don't waste your time with this place..Update: took to another shop..1hr of work and done.
