I live in Granbury, I took my 2020 2500 Denali in to Jerry Durant GMC because I had a recall and a Check Engine Air Filter System alert. I recently had my air filter changed at a local oil change place. I was told by Jerry Durant service Manager it would be at least 3 weeks before they could see my truck.. I left the dealership. I got online and made a service appointment for later that week at Bruner GMC in Stephenville (40 miles away). I drove to Bruner. When I drove up, I was concerned because they looked very busy…However, They got me in at the exact appointment time and I was in and out within 90 minutes. The Recall took most of that time. The problem with the air filter alert was I had purchased an inferior filter from the oil change place. The technician took the time to point out the difference in my filter and an approved GMC filter. . It was well worth the 40 mile drive and I will always take my business to Bruner in the future. We will be looking to purchase a new vehicle to replace our 2018 Enclave in the near future and we will shop Bruner first!!!

5 stars isn’t enough. Very relaxed sales atmosphere. Zero pressure. No d*** back and forth between desks and great all around attitude by everyone there. My sales rep was Ben Sopha and he is the most chill rep I have ever bought a car from. I know they could have sold this highly sought after car to someone else in less than half a heartbeat, but instead, they stuck it out and put up with me and my cynical personality trying my best to make it a difficult time. I sold cars for a while. And I know the games. These guys actually went out of their way to AVOID those stupid games and make the deal seamless. I had originally intended to do the deal with Jerry’s Chevy in Weatherford, but they DID play games and throw a scam charge of $995 On their cars AS WELL as lowball your trade even when you have an offer from a buyer right down the in your hand showing them. (I had offer for 16k they offered 13k) BurnerGave me the full 16k with no back and forth.Stick with Bruner. They really do make ya feel like family.

I am completely satisfied with the service that was performed by Bruner personal. I had and still have a problem with the transmission on my 2022 Buick Envision. The rate that you accelerate should not determine whether the transmission shifts into 9th gear. Bruner personal performed all the tests requested by GM for 4 1/2 days. GM either does not know the solution or they know but do not like the solution. Bruner personal did all that they could.

Bruner has been running the same tv commercial for over 2 months advertising their $5 off oil change special for May. It's now almost mid July and the ad still runs about every 10 minutes on every streaming channel. It shows how poorly they take care of business.

I was happy with everyone and the service but when I made the appointment I was told a price and the when I went to pay there was a charge for shop supplies that I was told automatically is added to every bill. If this is a fixed cost then I should have been told about that charge up front. I feel like I was duked and taken an advantage of since I had no say. I think you owe me that money especially since you may or may not have used any extra supplies. It is an expense that comes with running a shop and that should be factored into the cost you quote a person for the service up front.

Had our vehicle towed to Bruner in Stephenville and was promptly called the next business day to discuss. Robert in the service department did an excellent job staying in communication with us and making sure everything went smoothly.

We had a less than ideal situation with a mechanical failure on a brand new expensive Tahoe that we were not real pleased with. Bruners got it looked at quickly and made the repairs in a fair amount of time. The service department was honest and professional. Even though we did not buy the car from them due to not having what we were looking for, they still provided great service.

Well I purchased a car there and I asked for the headlights to be cleaned and then I was told I could get help learning the new features but instead got a guy come out to my car and tell me what was wrong and basically said see ya. I was disappointed in myself for buying here. My boyfriend bought a pick up and we paid cash for both. Don't expect a drop in price. They don't negotiate. Ugh. I will get my next car elsewhere. I'm looking for one now. I recommend shopping around.

I had suspected my front brake pads needed replacing based on the squeaking and the fact my info panel said they were at 28%. I got a call from Russell S., in service, telling me that the brake pads looked new and didn't need to be replaced. When does that happen?! It's good to know that their service department can be trusted. Thanks, Russ!

My first experience with them after I moved to the area last year was pretty good. Today’s experience: not so good. They did the bare minimum, charged a lot for it, and didn’t seem to care about their customer. Oil and oil filter were supposed to be changed, no idea if that actually happened. Tire pressure supposed to be checked, now showing high 40s psi in front, mid to high 50s in back. This is a 4WD diesel 3/4 ton. Oil reminder sticker slapped on middle of windshield. Refused to rotate tires when I arrived at 8:15 (accident on 281) because “we won’t have time if you arrive after 8:20.” The coupons they send are worthless because the truck is a diesel.Because the first experience was good last year, I’ll give them another try. We shall see…
