I was very pleased with my shopping experiences. Friendly staff. Late that night I took out my purchase to find the security tag was still on. I was visiting town and in a time crunch. No one answers the number for a message. Internet says 11 is opening time really?????. I cannot wait I have to make a funeral by 12. I go by the store in hopes of finding an after hours number to call. No hours or number posted. How do I remove the tag? Frustrated person who lives 5 hours away.

The riding jeans that I was looking for and the sizes I got were perfect and the 3 sales people that were in there the day I bought the jeans were an awesome group of people they made me feel like a Princess. They were all very friendly and I enjoyed them all very much the Young Gentleman that was in that day looked for the jeans I wanted just like the Young Women that were there that day. Walked in to buy some wrangler trousers- I know exactly what size I need- two girls at the front just talked away instead of even trying to help. I walked around and looked for them- didn’t find them- I’ll continue to only buy from Fort Worth buckle- at least their employees care. If I could leave 0 starts I would.

I would put 0 stars if I could!! I went in yesterday to get some new boots and was not at all impressed with the so-called "manager" on duty. She not only extremely unhelpful but also really nasty to her employees! I heard on more than one occasion of her talking down to the other employees and being a bully. Soo unprofessional! After not getting any help with my purchase and seeing how she treated her staff I left without buying anything and WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!
