I took a large group of seniors there for a tour and the owner and everyone else there was super friendly and showed us all the ropes for making a felt hat from start to finish! A couple of us did walk out with new straw hats!!! 10/10 recommend!

I went in to see if my favorite wristlet could repaired, and much to my surprise, it was repaired in less than 10 minutes! The gentleman that helped was very nice and wouldn't let me pay for his services. I highly recommend them.
