Very unhappy with my living experience. I moved out 2 months before my lease was expired in July, and have yet to receive my security deposit. I have been on NUMEROUS phone calls, and now they are telling me my security deposit went towards my rent when I lived there....I most defiantly would remember that amount being taken off my rent. HIGHLY recommend you stay away from this place, its nothing short of a mess with staff that tells you they will call you back the same day, and you never get a call back.

I do not even live here but my child does, and so far since he has moved in there have been multiple issues with his unit.Promises have been made on repairs and to date only 1 thing has been fixed, and he moved in to the location in September. One of the issues is a bath tub that is not properly installed which is a safety issue. So if you do not care about your safety or that things are broken this is a great place to live. If you do care I would not recommend.

Do not rent from this apartment complex. Had multiple issues. Very unprofessional management and unorganized. Lived here 3/22-10/22 and this way the worst place I lived in. As soon as we moved in, our carpets were not cleaned and were filled with animal hair after instructing us that when we move out we had to have the carpets professionally cleaned after ours weren't. Our rent was due on the 5th of each month and they tried to add late fees to our account on multiple occasions and even an eviction notice on our door at one point. Beginning the month of August I started paying an additional month to month fee because I knew I wanted to find a new place to live. I let them know on Sept. 14th 2022 that I would be moving out on October 14th, 2022 to which I would have a prorated rent of October since I was only there for half the month. Shortly after, I received a mark on my credit from a collection company because Creekside Townhomes claimed that I still owed them money. I recently figured out it was because they said they had no recollection of paying rent from October 2022. Why would I have not paid rent?? I hated living at this place the entire time and wanted to leave and get out and have nothing to do with them. I no longer have that bank so I had to call and get my bank transactions and I emailed it to Creekside proof that I made a check out to them on the 5th of October 2022. I called for an update weeks later because they said they had to send it over to their accounting department and the ONE very nice front desk lady Allison did help me and actually emailed me over proof that Creekside DID IN FACT RECIEVE MY CASHIERS CHECK. I then called the bank and they informed me that the check had NEVER been cashed. So this is all at fault of Creekside & they are still trying to say we need to pay them AFTER THEY KEPT OUR ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ADDITIONALLY FILED A CLAIM TO COLLECTIONS SAYING THAT WE OWE MORE MONEY! They have not just ruined my credit. It was mine, my roommates, and our co signer!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional as this is completely at fault of Creekside. WHY WOULD MY CHECK NOT HAVE BEEN CASHED IF RECIEVED?!?! The manager sent over an itemized list of the charges and there was late fee added with the rent and month to month charges! Which definitely needs to be removed as it wasn't late. It was added because they said they never received my check. AND ALSO WHY WOULD YOU NOT HAVE TOLD ME I HAD ANY REMAINING BALANCES WHENEVER I WENT INTO THE OFFICE ON OCTOBER 14TH TO RETURN MY KEYS!?!? also to add the washers and dryers took all of our money and literally never worked!!!!

The friendliest person apart of their staff is Allison. I’ve dealt with others during my time here & they have not been near as kind as her & I think they should take notes!!

This is the first apartment complex I have stayed at that has given a birthday card to its residence. It made me feel extra special. I can not say one bad thing about creekside. The maintenance team is fast to answer maintenance calls and is always honest and helpful. The office staff is some of the nicest people I have dealt with. They go above and beyond for their residents.

I had taken over a lease they never gave me a copy of my lease. The dryers were down lot and I lost money and no refund on that. When I was trying to upgrade the a bigger townhome it was to expensive for me to pay. Plus I would have had to redo a new application and pay for the application. Plus I would be like a new attendant I would have to pay a deposit for me and an another pet deposit. And see if I get approved to rent again, and if you stay in the same place you have to reapply like you’re a new attendant. Then no one is on the same page. First I got told that my lease was up on 7/31 and have give a two month notice. I was like oh ok. Then I got told that I have to pay from 8/1 to 8/7 and I asked how much do I owe. Then they told me. I was like ok. Then I went to go pay and got told that my lease was up on 7/10 and I owed over 300. I told the lady wat I was told and she said do you have that in writing I said no so she said then there’s no proof. So I said ok good bye. Plus you have to have the carpets professionally cleaned and the whole townhome professionally cleaned and you can’t do it yourself. I don’t recommend anyone staying there.

Don’t rent from here. The high star ones are sometimes for prizes. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that maintenance is on the spot. However, i don’t think maintenance even knew what they were doing at times. I asked them to fix my hot water at one point bc it only lasted 2minutes at most, totally not normal and they said nothing was wrong. My biggest issue is that we moved out two months ago and haven’t received our deposit back. Creekside is so difficult to get ahold of too because they won’t answer their phones. We will probably be taking them up legally.

The place is really beatiful and comfortable, the people are very friendly and the administration are so kind and quickly solves any problem in the apartment. My family and I really enjoy living here!It only lacks a small playground for the children, it would be 100% perfect with that!

Maintenance has been AWESOME! They responded super quick, were very kind, and communicated with me, and also went above and beyond and followed my requests to a T to make sure my cat didn’t get out when they came in and out while I wasn’t home! 4 stars just because the walls are incredibly thin and so if you have inconsiderate neighbors you’re just stuck with it, but I get there’s only so much they can do with that. Other than that, I enjoy living here!

I moved here to open a store and knew nothing about the area, the leasing manager Allison Frey was a huge help. She answered all of my phone calls and questions. She was very pleasant and kind. It was a pretty easy move with her assistance. The other ladies in the office are really nice and helpful as well. Great job y'all, I appreciate y'all!!!

The show unit I looked at seemed nice.My move in window was very short and I asked the Creekside if I could move in sooner. They said "Maybe, I think that unit is just sitting empty right now.". They apparently checked and said that the apartment wouldn't be ready for me to move in until the 16th, the already agreed upon move in date. I thought this meant the apt was empty but needed to be either renovated, cleaned, etc. before I moved in.In the meantime any communication was pretty difficult since they seem to use a messaging app to send emails with a .io address at the end. They never respond back to any replies you give to emails with a .io address. Once someone emailed me with a normal address they are fairly timely with replies, but any communication before that was poor.I finally get to move in on the agreed date of the 16th, but I was not happy with what I saw. The apartment was not clean. The floors had a layer of dirt/grim and were sticky. My socks would be black just after a few hours of walking around the apt not to mention how gross it feels to have your socks stick to the floor.Lightbulbs were dead in the bathroom. The fridge was not clean and had an open container of cat food in it.The dishwasher is very poor. I needed to clean it to get rid of the calcium and lime built up inside and it works better now, but still isn't good.Spaghetti noodles were laying across the floor of the kitchen. The walls in the home were dirty with smears and what looked like liquids that dripped down and dried. One room upstairs I assume was a kids due to the nerf bullets and Legos left on the floor and what I assume/hope is snot smeared on the walls. The upstairs doesn't seem to have an underlayer for the flooring so steps are loud and the baseboard doesn't sit flush with the linoleum flooring they have installed leaving a large gap between the floor and baseboards. This gap had lots of trash in it from previous tenets that was really easy to see due to the large gap, so it proves no one cleaned the place before I moved in.The flooring was installed very poor and you can tell they tried to save us much on material jig sawing scraps together. Parts of the floor are chipped off and have not been repaired between tenants. The show unit I looked at had carpets upstairs in the bedroom while mine does not.The walls are the thinnest I have ever lived with. I can hear everything in the two adjoining apartment like there is nothing between them. With these being fairly new units and the show unit being kept up nice, I assume Creekside had higher standards and took care of their units/tenants but this place is lacking. I think they assume every tenant is a college student who will trash the apt so there is no need to keep them in good shape. I wouldn't recommend these apartments and I wish I just stayed at my old one now.I assume the people that work here don't want tenants to be upset. But more effort is needed on their end. I had to move in quick over two days in order to get on a flight back home to see my family. The last thing I needed was to throw my stuff into an unkept apartment in order to catch my flight. They offered to clean it while I was gone once I complained, but I had my stuff just thrown about the apt since I didnt have time to really unpack, so they were not able to. The people working here seem really nice and listen, but they just seemed to drop the ball with me moving in which for me was a really big inconvenience. People deserve to be treated more decent, not sure if they just don't get enough time/resources to do better. Other reviews show similar experiences.
