I find it a bit Ridiculous that any business especially a bank to not open till 10am. I’ve been with this bank for 12 years and they keep opening later and later it seems. People have things to get done and don’t have time to Waite till 10 o’clock in the morning to do so. So frustrating

I normally don't give reviews. But I saw a review from an unhappy customer that simply is not true. The unhappy customer claimed this bank likes to hold the money and give lame excuses. That's a lie. Once over a year ago we misunderstood what a teller told us. So when we ended up a little overdrawn because of misunderstood info, the manager worked with us and helped us avoid the fee. We are happy overall with 1st convenience

Love this bank and their employees!!! Always down to help us with whatever we need and we've had some gnarly situations that they've been able to fix no problem!! Awesome service always with a smile a good conversation too!

The tellers are wonderful but this banks customer service is horrible! My card was hacked, went into local branch since every time I called 800# got disconnected. Was given a temporary debit and was told I'd have to call customer service, called 3 times only to get disconnected. A 4th call i got through to a customer service rep who was unable to assist when he tried transferring to dispute line it was busy he could only send email to the dispute center for them to contact me.

I love this bank. I've had Bank of America and USAA bank, this is great in comparison. No hidden fees to keep my own money, I can do a withdraw protection so I can't overdraft my account. Everyone is so friendly at the bank. Only downfall is that there is only one ATM in town for this bank.

Absolutely horrible. Charged me in the middle of the night for an over draft, absolutely no grace period before they slammed me with it, and on more than one occasion; I've noticed that a transaction that will overdraw your account posts directly, there is no "pending" as with all other transactions. So to be charged in the middle of the night far after bank hours, and overdraft er with no pending, I find funny. Then they have the audacity to call at noon the following day as a "curtesy call" to let me know I was over drawn, but not before that overdraft fee was applied. Absolutely horrible phone service as well, people that don't even know the first thing about what it is you're talking about and don't know how to word or handle themselves at all. Do not know who to connect you to or offer anything helpful in regards to robbing you in the middle of the night. Trust me the open seven days a week is definitely not worth the many ways I am constantly screwed over by them. I will gladly be switching banks.
