I recently went into the store in Burleson looking for a fairly hard to find item. Met a guy named Richard who said he worked at this location but was filling in over there. He couldn't have been more helpful! As a retail manager myself helping the guest is the most important thing we do and Richard went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for. Seriously the guy is legit. Gamestop needs more managers like this guy. Thanks Richard! Vote Richard 2023!!

Always friendliest people. They will hold products for you if you call over the phone. With no pre payment needed. Sydney/sidney is an absolute sweetheart, extremenly helpful and she is pretty good at troubleshooting ps5's

I ordered a switch lite for my son for Christmas online. The shipping company was being a pain (LSO). I went to the atore and spoke with Richard (the store manager). He told me we would get it all squared away and he would make sure my little dude got his gift in time for Christmas. He came in ON HIS DAY OFF to help me track down my package. He was super helpful.

Charged us 5$ for a preorder we never talked about. We were talking about dungeons and dragons for a half hour and i look at my reciept and there's a charge for a Battlefield preorder? I dont even like or play EA games
