I check in online and hardly ever have to wait over 5 minutes. There is Laura that I try to go when she is there as she cuts my hair perfectly, but I've never left there dissatisfied.

Stephenville, TX has an awesome Great Clips! I have been going there for almost five years! For the last two years, the manager, Charice Norton, has been my stylist! She gives the BEST haircut I have ever had! The salon is clean, stylists are friendly, and it operates smoothly! When my son is home from school, he insists on getting a hair cut and beard trim at Great Clips Stephenville! FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!

Elizabeth was very friendly and did a great job when I came in with a video reference, very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend going there with a photo or video reference! Good price too for $20, not as expensive as some other places in town

I have straight easy hair and I am extremely still for getting my hair cut about as easy as a manikin and the woman who cut my hair today couldn’t cut my bangs straight. It was extremely lopsided then she cut it again even higher anyone who has bangs knows it has to sit in a specific area or range rn my bangs are STILL lopsided and half an inch above my brows while wet. The second woman there was also raising her voice at a customer who was having a hard time communicating almost yelling at her across the store because she wasn’t understanding. This is some of the worst both customer service and simple hair cutting ability ever and I’ve been to this location which was great. I’m extremely disappointed in the overall horrible experience.

The first time I went with my husband they changed the name and other people came and we went on another day we went and they said they were close to closing when they close at 7 and it was 5:30

Great experience, busy place, but the stylists didn't show it they were having fun and friendly. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely become a regular at this location.
