Don't count on them to have your medication . I even called ahead to make sure they would have it! I get there, and what do you know, they don't! And don't know when they will! It's sad that if it were them that depended on it, and they got the nonchalant attitude about their medication, they might think twice about how they treat people! Truly sad!

been a pretty great pharmacy for years. open an hour later than Walmart pharmacy.also. I've been pissed at them a few times but I can't remember why so it prob wasn't that big of a deal. lmaooo

Lousy customer service, they are there for their checks, could care less if you move to another pharmacy. Used HEB 12 years 3 different locations this is the worst. So today due to their error again, I changed pharmacist.

Understaffed and incredibly, incredibly slow. I just left without picking up my prescription. It wasn’t worth the wait. There were at least five people in front of me, and they were already exasperated, so I figured I might pull every single strand of hair out of my head before I finally got my prescription. Never again!

Love, love, love this pharmacy!They are always willing and eager to answer questions and explain our medications. They make sure our medications do not conflict with each other. The pharmacists are very kind and take their time with you to make sure you understand.
