I have been a customer of InterBank since 1998 when I moved to Stephenville. I got a bill in the mail from a doctor's visit in 2021. I wanted to make sure I had not paid it. I went to InterBank today and asked if they could search my account and see if I had ever paid this certain amount to this doctor's office. They tell me that they can only search one year back and any farther than that you have to go through bank statements one by one. The "customer service" lady in the back was completely bothered that I was even there from the moment she "greeted" me. I told her that I could search in the program at my office for checks we had issued since we opened our doors. She told me "well I don't have your program." So be warned if you are a customer of InterBank and want to run a search for a past debit, they CANNOT do that for you. And will look at you like you are the problem, when in fact the software they are using for our banking is the problem.

worst excuse of a bank I have ever encountered. They think they are doing us a favor by using our money to get rich. They could at least be nice, but I was disrespected at the Glen Rose branch, then by the president Mark at this branch. They made a mistake, then punished me with excessive fees and chewed me out like I was some rube. No respect here.

This bank provides excellent service with a hometown smile. My debit card was compromised and they turned back several charges I didn't even know about before I made it in to the bank. It only took 10 minutes for them to make me a new card. Out of the country ownership has not changed the the quality of service at this bank. They are spectacular.

Can't ever log into my account using the app. My password hasn't changed it just won't let me in. I've ordered things that I've needed and they get cancelled constantly because my card is “fraud†and it just really sucks tbh

This bank is amazing! They always have the best customer service and have been wonderful every time we need help with something. I wouldn't bank with anyone else!

The worst bank ever! if you are in the military do not bank with them because all they do is just cancel your account because you don't live around there anymore. that's what they did to me since I don't live there they closed my account. I'm sorry that I move around every two to three years its called the army life! And I banked with them since 2005
