James Avery Artisan Jewelry is noted for its excellent customer service. Employees are friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They greet customers, offer help, and answer questions. The store provides repair and cleaning services, often completing repairs faster than estimated. Staff are helpful with recommendations and can expedite services, such as assembling bracelets quickly for out-of-town visitors. While they do not perform some tasks like watch battery changes, they will refer customers to another jeweler. The store is described as a very nice place, leading customers to state it is their go-to store and that they will definitely return.
We went hoping to have them change our watch batteries, but they don't do that. Not their fault. It IS a very nice place and they were able to refer us to another jewler that helped us.

Out of All of the James Avery stores I’ve been to, this one has the best customer service! They greet you every time you come in, ask if you need help, and are always around to answer your questions. Will definitely be back!
