Very informal session, no guidance or prompts. Sat at her desk with her head resting in her hands, looked bored. Didn’t even say my time was up, just started to get up and stood by the door until I got the hint.

Started going here a few weeks ago. This place is one of the nicest places I have gone. I see Ms. Lankford and she is so sweet and easy to talk to, but I can tell from the atmosphere that everyone is this way. You won't be upset coming here
