I don't know if the people have paid for the very good comments,my experience about service, attention to the costumer,is bad, always looks like they don't like their job,bad faces,angry,never aggressive, but angry, don't ask me for the phone number for rewards,no need but I believe it is part of the job,
Anyway, the point is I don't feel good buying there, just come back because I have to, when I don't find the parts I need in an other auto parts store,two stars I think is to much

I was really impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Our parts for a 20 year old Chevy Avalanche was in stock and the pricing was fair (not CHEAP) but fair. If recommend them in a heartbeat!

We are a return customer; we have spent a lot of money buying batteries. Bought batteries a few days ago at a price that was guaranteed to us. Manager decided to not honor it anymore. She was not willing to budge from her price, which was more expensive than what we had been buying for! Sorry, they are going to lose our business. The lady that answered the phone was not nice at the end of the conversation when I told her that we will not be doing business with them anymore, just hung up.

They always take care of me! When I get stuff on the loaner program it always works. And I clean it up like new, case and all. The only place I go for my automotive needs.
