Customer service is amazing, have been using their services for over a year now and they are spot on every time. Have a kindness and memory for returning customers that is rare in this day and age. will probably be using their service well into old age because of that fact.

My family and I utilized Pack n Mail often to send gifts out to friends and family. They always give the best service and I’ve seen them go above and beyond for other customers with more difficult orders to process. Their new location is beautiful and they have gifts. This place is pretty great.

The customer service at Pack N Mail is fantastic. They do an incredible job on packing and follow thru. Fed X damaged my shipment and the team at Pack N Mail filed a claim and was successful in making me whole with no questions asked.
