They are very helpful when items are out of stock, taking a phone number to call when the product returns. The store almost always has pet needs in stock, including a great selection of very healthy fish, lively crickets, and regular sales. Their fish even come with a guarantee. The pet wash is amazing, better than any other in town, and is really clean and fully stocked with all necessary supplies. They also sell a punch card for the dog washing station.
