“First, let me start off by saying, that the entire crew who was working on 5/22 at 545pm-6pm was incredibly nice and welcoming! But, I would like to brag about Casey in the pharmacy. Casey is a true gem. Casey went above and beyond to help me get the immunization shot I needed! Every place I called said the stopped giving shots at 7pm. I don't get off of work until 7, so me getting lock jaw was looking pretty positive lol Casey was willing to stay an extra 30 minutes to accommodate little ol me. “I would like to acknowledge the amazing customer service we received from Anita Schouten at the Tanglewood pharmacy in Stephenville. We had to place an order for an electric bed for our father and she handled everything and was very knowledgeable and helpful. She even special ordered the sheets and took very good care of us. The bed was ordered and delivered within a couple days! My dad loves his new bed and we all couldn't be happier. Thank you again to Tanglewood and especially Anita for going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met!
