My boyfriend ordered a part for a backhoe and was told it would be here the Monday that followed. He got a phone phone call stating it was in, but was at work and couldn’t make it that day. A couple days pass and he went back up to pick up the part and was told “there was no record for that part” “there was no part ordered.” So, the day he was told it was not ordered, he REORDERED that same part and again was told it would be in the following Monday. Again, he was at work so it was a couple of days until he went up there. When he went in it was there! (Yay) buttt.. was told they didn’t accept cash, which is what he had to purchase the part since he was doing this as a side job. He then asked if they take Discover, which he was told no. Again. Sooo he had to use our debit card and pay with our money. What kind of functioning business does not accept cash??
