Staff didn't seem to know what was going on in there. My wife ordered a turkey and it came with avocado on it. The lady literally scraped it of at the table right in front of us instead of make a new sandwich. Mine got Avocado on it from the mess. I had the original and it was cold.

I came into this store to eat about 2 weeks ago, I had stopped coming here because it was horrible all the way around. But thinking I would give it another go I went back. Whoever the girl is that's training to be the new manager there greeted me at the door with a smile and even opened it for me to walk in. She checked on me several times like a restaurant server would and noticing I was having trouble with my left arm, offered to carry my to go food for me to my car!! The food was fresh and great as well. I have to say what a turn around this place has made. I'll be back for sure! Great customer service!

Stopped at the Stephenville's Schlotzsky's on Jan 11th for lunch. Ordered the #3, turkey and avocado meal. The "fresh baked bun" was actually crunchy and possibly had a beard. Also really wondered if the green on the slimy turkey was actually avocado. Thankfully McDonalds was just around the curve on Washington. This is the first Schlotzksy franchise I have found in Texas that is not worth a second visit.

I ordered 2 turkey bacon clubs and a French onion sandwich as well. I realized when I got home that they forgot the lettuce on my turkey bacon clubs… which is obviously a key part of the sandwich. I called to let them know hoping that they’d offer a solution like having me come back and giving me a cup of lettuce, I didn’t even want them to remake the sandwich I just wanted some type of solution. Instead I was told “well there’s nothing I can do from here”… idk when that became the response you should give to customers, typically in a customer service environment you give some sort of solution to the issue.

My third time here and each time has been bad. Today I went and after standing in line for a while, the girl told me that they could only accept cash because all their machines were working. The previous times before they were out of flatbread. This restaurant really needs to get themselves together to measure up to the rest of the company. I don't post reviews like this often but very frustrating. We actually drove 30 minutes to come to this location.

This meal was absolutely disgusting. The turkey by itself is enough to put a person into cardiac arrest. I am currently on the toilet experiencing intense diarrhea. Will NEVER be coming back and don't you DARE come here!! You have been warned.

$8 for a couple pieces of bacon and one slice of beef lol. I’ve had bacon smokecheesy’s from other locations and they are no where near this Stingy with the ingredients. Don’t waste your money.

I received a coupon in the mail a few days ago, I went to use it and was told I could not use it until June 2nd no where on this coupon does it say that. The coupon has an expiration date but not a start date. The so called "manager " was sitting at a table in the dinning room and I showed her that the coupon does not have a valid start date. Her response was oh I don't make the coupons and some times they mess up on them. I then asked her name since she is the manager and she handled the situation VERY poor. She refused to tell me her name and was as rude as can be. So if I own this company especially as the flyer said under new ownership I would like to know your MANAGER is not fit for her job and definitely is NOT some one I would want running my business and or trying to attract customers. I will be sure to let everyone know the HORRIBLE management you have running this place. She should have apologized for the misunderstanding on the mailer and or honored the mistake she made a point to say I don't own this place. Wish she would have been professional enough to at least offer her name when asked. I hope the new owners do better.

Never in my life have I sat in a drive thru line for 15+ minutes behind ONE vehicle. If it takes that long for that order, pull them around so other people can pull through. Even McDonald's has better processes than this and honestly, the food's amazing but not worth the wait. Will not be returning.
