Do not recommend using the Amazon return service. I dropped off an order and label was scanned, and my return was never updated- charged today for a $60 order that was dropped off at this location.

Went in to grab a few prints I sent through email. The lady behind the front counter started berating her coworker and complaining about her work load and the store manager infront of me and my daughters. I wish I remebered his name she kept saying it. Her coworker didn't respond and she stared them down while ringing me up never greeting me or making eye contact. Bizarre. This was a Grown lady acting like this. My 5 year old twins said she was, 'weird'.. emotional immature unprofessional employee.

These 3 individuals went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I left completely satisfied.This location is SO much more friendlier than the Granbury location. Gone are the days of customers being treated like anything more than an inconvenience. Gone are hiring standards. Don't go here if you want to be acknowledged and pray if you need help. The employees seem to think customers are something from another universe.

Always helpful and friendly anytime I go to the stephenville location, Cody in the Tech center is super friendly and very knowledgeable, I had a specific question not only did he explain exactly what I needed to know but he even guided toward some cool new stuff I hadn't heard of before!!

It’s staples and it’s a chain so you have almost anything you need there. The reason I’m even writing a review is because the employees really do not concern themselves with customer service. I wasn’t greeted by anyone, I was there for almost an hour looking for items and no one asked if I needed help, and then when checking out the lane was blocked by several boxes and grocery carts that haven’t been put away. 5 employees were standing around just talking the majority of the time I was there.

Best customer service! I went in for an ac power cord for my laptop adapter. They didn't have one on the shelf so they gave me one for no charge!!! Early Christmas gift! Thank you!

What should have been a simple printing request has turned into a 6+ week hassle. I took six photos to be enlarged into posters. Clerk #1 told me they could do it, but only in certain sizes. Asked me if I wanted gloss or matte. I said "matte." Went back to pick up in a few days. They were glossy. Same clerk said they are all glossy due to the lamination process (???). A couple of days later, all but one started de-laminating. Took them back. Clerk #2 said she told Clerk #1 that they needed to be sent to FW processing center for professional results, but Clerk #1 refused. Got this done, new ones back in a few days, and infinitely better looking. Then 6th poster started delaminating. Clerk #3 said he would send it out for re-do and I could have a bigger size (contrary to what Clerk #1 originally told me). Nearly three weeks have passed and I still do not have 6th poster and need it for a deadline end of week. Went back in today. Clerk #1 said she would give me 50% refund on it, put back on my credit card. Gave her my credit card. She then discovered that without receipt I could only get store credit. Told her to forget it. Moral of the story: Do not use Staples for this. Find a dedicated print/photo shop with trained, professional employees and quality service.
