I just wanted to give a shoutout to Cynthia and Karla at Texas Bank. They spent a LOT of time helping me sort out an online banking need. Even doing extra research to help me help my family! I've used this bank since 1998. Today, I needed a new debit card due to fraudulent activity on mine, and they went out of their way to make sure I got it before their lobby closed. They have always been friendly and helpful. Awesome customer service that needs to be recognized!
