Front end staff was gossiping about customers that just left in a condescending manner and thought I couldn't hear them also speak about me and my family while still in the store. I was then rudely questioned about my intentions in the store like I was under arrest. I had done nothing wrong nor done anything to be suspicious mind you, and felt very violated and offended. This all felt very rude and uncalled for, and they basically accused me and my family of stealing just without saying it directly with their questions and behavior, as anyone could have read between those lines and we all picked up on it immediately. If your employees are going to harass customers openly and act like generally awful people for the public to view while representing the company, you may need to get someone else because I will never return here after this experience. I could have been very rude and mean when confronted with something I didn't do and being harassed in the store but I chose to be nice and instead just tell everyone what kind of people work here in case they would rather shop somewhere else that someone with a basic level of humanity happens to work. Shame on those two women and this location. It does not represent the brand well at all.

Great store but slowest computer check out ever! At a California store the prices at checkout were higher than posted but they fixed them. The staff is very helpful but hampered by the slow computer checkout system.

Stock is fairly consistent and pricing is fair. The staff is what makes this store worth the visit. They have always treated my wife and I with respect and make an effort to help us when it's required. They actually rate FIVE stars!

The staff is utterly rude and cant be bothered. They act like every question you ask is just too much to handle and you have just ruined their entire week just asking some basic questions. The managers are worse though, especially the young female manager. I was not even able to get her name and her name tag was unreadable. The management acted like every complaint against any of the staff was a personal affront to themselves and they had an attitude that was arguably worse than the staff on hand. I am disgusted by this store and I will never return, I cant see how a place like this can even stay in business.
