Service departments is horrible. They really do not care what happens. We had Ranger AC fixed and then the sync system quite working and their solutions is to deny deny deny. Avoid at all costs

Went in to this dealership to trade in our vehicle, they looked over our vehicle for an estimate we walked away because we were not happy with the car that they were going to do for the trade. our vehicle was just fixed at the shop no problems we left the dealership and it started to throw codes and shake and try going off road almost wrecking on my way home we check it out here this dealership had unplugged our map sensor to get a lesser value for our trade in. Now will not look up videos to see who tampered with our vehicle!!! I do not suggest this company they will do whatever to lower the value of a trade in!!! And I almost wrecked due to them!!!

Where to start…. Bought a 2023 1 ton truck from TCF…. At 300 miles it went into low power mode…also the def gauge was not showing 100% full when it as full… just 90% full… went into their shop for repairs…. They did give me a loaner… which was good…but it took a week to get a oxygen sensor to fix the truck… not TCF fault… but communication with them was not the best… but they were trying… got the truck back … truck ran great except the def gauge was still not reading correct… so I had to make another appointment for a week later…. Made the appointment and they picked up my truck and left me a loaner.. called next day to check the status of the truck and told me it would be 3 days before they could look at it…. WHAT…. Why did I make an appointment for 11:00 yesterday if it going to be 3 days before you look at it….and you didn’t fix it when it was in over a week ago…. Well to come to find out the lady on the phone didn’t get an update on the status of my truck…. They had looked at it and said they checked other trucks on the lot and none of the would register full on the def gauge…. Guess Ford has a problem…. If full they should show so… but hey what do I know… been driving fords since my first 1957 fairlane. Communication could be better when customers …communication could be better between employees… I guess they are doing their best… but man it is frustrating now days in buying a new truck and you have problems… TCF has done a decent job… I see room for improvement… guess that’s what the world has come to… not like it use to be…

Assessed all issues if there were any. They do pretty much everything and they let you know if there’s anything wrong with your vehicle, how much it’s going to be and how long the job will take. 5 stars and will return again! Great doing business with them. They are experienced with the correct know-how to take care of you and your vehicle. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Only reason for the 2 stars was because I like the pickup and drop off service. The service and time needed to look at a simple issue anywhere else would have taken hours but at this dealership it was estimated that I would have to leave it at this dealership for 3-5 days before they would even look at the problem. This is an unacceptable time just to even look at the issue.

Had a full service oil change, recently asked customer service rep to check the tire air pressure sensor had on bad which had previously been replaced at Triple Crown Ford in StephenvilleSaid they couldn't get it to reset but I could purchase another for &120 plus dollars?My reply was , why? It's been less than 10,000 miles since y'all replaced it! The previous sensor lasted 100,000 miles !I think businesses have gotten away from true customer service as mf just run the people or their products thru to make a buck!Service for vehicle was good except for tire sensor issue.Will use them since it's a Ford business
