Don’t come here if you are out of state! They will deny you entry due to not understanding what a ID looks like from a different state. They just denied my sister and her friend entry to a concert they already paid for. She is 23 years old!!

The food is expensive, even for bar food. It tastes good, but seriously, whatever you're used to paying at a different bar/ nightclub, prepare to pay a little more for half as much.Drinks are good, not overpriced, typical nightclub markup. When they get busy, however, their setup severely restricts the rate they can get drinks out. Before 9:30, you'll only have to wait a couple minutes. After? Good luck, if they're really busy it can take an hour. The music is OK, though typical for the area. They play either nightclub dance mixes(grind style) or two step. Yet again, nothing atypical for the area, no salsa, marangue, bachata, tango, rumba, waltz... any of the manifold other dance types in existence. Just two step or grind, depending on the day. Nothing better than going out for a night of dancing the same dance over and over.

My friends and I were in town for TSU homecoming last night and came here as a pregame. We went to the bar on the left side when you first walk in and were rudely helped by a girl with black hair. She was very rude and made smart mouth comments when my friend asked if she could make a margarita. I asked for some waters for my friends and I (3 of us total) and she told me “no do u know how long that would take me?” and refused me water . I have never been denied water by a “bartender” ever. At the end of the day, she chose her job and she knew how busy homecoming weekend was gonna be. If she was gonna act like she had a stick up her butt she should’ve stayed home.

This past weekend, me and my friends went to Twisted J and they tried to park us in piles of dirt! My car got stuck and all they did for us was say that they were sorry. I don’t know who they have doing the parking but it sucks!!

They now have the BEST karaoke in town on most Wednesday nights. The company they hired was voted BEST karaoke in the county 2020-2022!

First time to visit. We went to Randall King concert. Prepaid for the concert tickets online. Not bad prices and the fees were small compared to other ticket companies. We live 2 hours away and I decided to read more about the venue to know what to expect. I didn't get all my answers so I called. I was prompted to press 1 for this, 2 for that...etc. I never talked to a human. I read a few reviews to see if my answers would be answered and I found a few reviews to be helpful. So the day of concert we drove to the venue. Arrived about 6 pm. Parked in a very dark parking lot. Doors still closed. At 7pm doors opened. We scanned our tickets and went inside to look around. Not a bad place. Had nice pool tables, a bar area, walk up restaurant and a clothing store...Twisted J clothing. So we walked into the main room where the stage, dance floor and bar tables with 4 chairs. There were people already at the tables when we got inside. We were the 5 person to walk in at 7pm. So we quickly got a table to sit down. Two members of our group decided to go get some burgers and a few drinks. Can music was playing. There were a few people dancing but mostly people were sitting, standing because by 7:20 pm all the tables were full. Both bars were busy and it took over 30 minutes to get our 2 burgers. Before the opening act Clayton Mullen from TCU started we got bored. The dance floor disappeared because it filled up with TSU Students and other people. Then Clayton took the stage. After about 1 hr 25 minutes it was time for Randall King. By that time it was like a pit concert. We were sitting along the wall near the stage, but there was no room to move much less dance. Only place to dance was in the very back near the tiki hut bar. This venue could be so much better if the owners would make some easy changes. Add rectangle tables & chairs near the stage with sections and rows coming back to the main entrance. Upcharge those seats. Then have the bar Stools and tables and have a small section for dancing. There is money to be made.During the concert beer bottles were dropped and broke, glass everywhere. Plastic jello shot cups everywhere too. After the concert we went to the Merch table and met Randall and Clayton. The floors were crowded with trash and the pool tables were still busy, which is a good thing. We left, went to the parking lot we saw three different Stephenville Police units on the side of the street watching and waiting. Great for them, bad for the ones who can't control their alcohol consumption. To conclude I doubt we will ever come back.

What an awesome venue and staff! We just saw Randall King and were treated so well. I want to personally thank Ashley for being so accommodating with my mom and getting us a table. So kind. The bartenders were also amazing and very fast! I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to venture back in sometime.

Usually worked with Lyft clients when going here. The customers liked the stand up, huge games, concerts, apparel, and socializing! Have even run across some of my older co-workers hanging out here for their birthdays. Caution to drivers on making sure to ask customer their name before giving them a ride; drivers seem to be limited during concerts. Watch for the rare walking customers on dark highways too!

Out of 6 woman's toilets between 2 bathrooms only 1 is operable and fully functional? Really! Ive been to twisted quite a few times for concerts and never experience this poor of maintenance. And the bouncer just says "oh yea it happens all the time" when I tell him 3 of the 4 stalls in the only open bathroom doing have toilet seats on them while he blocks the door to the other bathroom because it's "closed". Absolutely ridiculous to wait in line for 15 minutes because only 1 stall can be used as it's intended to be. Girls were going into the mens room because their single stall was open but even it didn't have toilet paper in it.
