The interior of the truck had some substance spewed all over the driver-side interior. The Dewaynes owner said, “it has been there forever”. So he knew about it but refused to clean it.When I turned in the truck I locked it and dropped the keys in the lockbox before I tried to use the U-Haul app to check in the truck. This cost me a $20 fee for a late check-in. Fine.However, the Dewaynes owner also said the odometer reported exactly 250 miles driven. That is a lie. I drove the truck 190.6 miles, including all stops. Since I had filled the truck to full, he drove it to create the false mileage and charged me for the fuel to refill it. Because I had not taken a picture, he took advantage to commit fraud. Dewaynes Auto are actual crooks.I should have known when I went to collect the truck and the old woman behind the desk repeatedly berated the old man and he just hung his head like a whipped dog.

Do not go.He added fees onto my account regarding the "Insurance" which he charged on my account without consent. I was charged 82.10 at pickup when it should have been 49.60. The extremely rude crotchety old man who also told me my two day rental was due the next day. I had to contact customer service to dispute the charge and confirm that I had the rental for two days which will take a while to go back into my account.

I wish I could give a zero star went there today to get the truck inspected and I accidently gave him and old insurance card before moving here, then I gave him the new one with our new address and he said I have to go to tarrant county to have it inspected. 15 min later I went to another place and passed inspection. It sucks to be lazy.

OMG! I am so thankful for Dewayne. He was open for a few hours on Saturday. He was swamped, yet he was very nice and pleasant to check in the truck I returned. 1 less thing to be concerned about when moving.

I made an online reservation with a guarantee. I arrived this morning to pickup my rental, and the gentleman was not helpful and seemed uninterested. He only told me the truck had not arrived back from Oregon (not really my problem) and go back online (which was useless as well). If the gentleman wishes to not be in the UHaul business, his customer service and UHaul's corporate customer service are making that more likely.

Worse customer service ever!! Made me go to a different location for drop off and had to come back guy had an attitude the whole time.If you hate your job let someone who have positivity do it!!

Only place in town to get a moving truck and the people are as rude as the rest in town. Place so clickish you'd think they'd rent ya a truck and get ya outta their town but nothing is easy in s-ville!

The man there was very helpful both times, but both times it cost me close to $600 and BOTH TIMES I had a tire blow out on the UHaul, one was just 60 miles down the road. It took upwards of 2 hours to get them replaced and it was obvious the tires were faulty before the equipment was rented to us.

Terrible customer service, scheduled a meeting a week before. Come time to meet and said. “not today, tomorrow " - Dwain then hung up... I'm going to look for someone else for the job I need done.
