I wish I could give 0 stars. The laziness and incompetence of these carriers has cost my business hundreds in the past few months delivering outside guaranteed windows repeatedly. I don't know how someone can do their job that poorly that often and still be employed.

Said they couldn't access delivery location, when I had a heavy package. They're just lazy and didn't want to carry it to my porch and probably hoping someone else will do it tomorrow or that I'll go pick it up tomorrow. There is zero reasons why they couldn't access it. Just repeated issues with them. Damaged books torn or opened magazines. Messed up and late packages or now this where they just decide they don't feel like doing their job today and mark it unaccessible. Whoever did that is a lazy liar and doesn't want or deserve their job. Shame on you.

Frequently delivers outside of both their estimates and guaranteed windows. Do not have the same issues in Granbury and Benbrook. Would recommend you use UPS or FedEx instead.

Always had a good and quick experience, staff where friendly. We recently moved out of state and I had a package get lost in the address change. The staff went above and beyond to find it and get it to me! Truly amazed.

We have lived in Stephenville for 2 years and have had nothing but trouble! Sometimes we get our mail, sometimes it is returned not deliverable. It is so frustrating!!!

I'm not a postal employee. They expected me to know all of the postal regulations. They allowed me to send a package They knew would be returned. And then refused to refund the money or to even resend the package after it was corrected. There is ongoing legal action.

Most TERRIBLE service I have ever received anywhere. I arrived for a passport appt and immediately was given a rude attitude. The lady denied me service based on false criteria. I tried to show her the rules and criteria I had printed to show I was correct, but she denied to read it and turned me away
